According to patch.com, an Outback Steakhouse will be opening later this year in The Court at Oxford Valley in Fairless Hills, PA.  That's the shopping center with Best Buy, Barnes & Noble and Old Navy.

Patch says that "the Falls Township Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the transfer of a liquor license from Warrington" which is one of the final steps in clearing the way for the new restaurant from opening.

The new Outback Steakhouse will be located in the space that used to be home to Old Country Buffet.  According to levittownNow.com, that restaurant closed in March 2016.

Currently, there is only one other Outback Steakhouse in Bucks County.  That one is on Tillman Drive & Street Road in Bensalem (near Parx Casino).

Bensalem also has a Texas Roadhouse on Street Road and a LongHorn Steakhouse near the Neshaminy Mall.

When it opens, the Outback Steakhouse in Fairless Hills will join a crowded "casual sit-down restaurant" market in the Oxford Valley area which includes a Red Robin, TGI Fridays, Miller's Ale House, Bertucci's and several others.
