According to the Courier-Post, if you ordered food from Primo Hoagies online, your personal data may have been compromised.

The Courier-Post just reported that a class action lawsuit has been filed by customers affected by the data breach. The suit contends that Primo Hoagies failed to protect its customers from possible harm caused by the breach.

According to the company's website, Primo Hoagies originated in South Philadelphia.  The counter-service restaurant is now a franchise with locations "up and down the east coast."

A majority of Primo Hoagies' locations are in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Local shops include Hamilton Square, Ewing, and Burlington, NJ, as well as Langhorne, Newtown, Bensalem, and Trevose, PA.

The Courier-Post says that the lawsuit against Primo Hoagies, which was brought in Camden by Edward D. Hozza III, contends that the data breach could have affected millions of customers.
