The Healthy Minds Festival 2019 is Happening this Weekend

It is always a good idea to take a moment and check in on your mental health. Life can get pretty hectic and people tend to forget to take a step back and take care of themselves. The Urban Mental Health Alliance and United Way of greater Mercer County are joining together to present The Healthy Minds Festival 2019.

It is the fifth annual celebration where people can open up about any problems they may be having or big events going on in your life. It is a judgement free space that is free and open to everyone with guest speakers, vendors, food, music, gift bags, and giveaways. It is an all-day event, taking place from 10am to 3pm at Mercer County Community College James Kearney Campus in Trenton. Take some time for yourself, your mental health, and speak with others who are dealing with similar situations. This event takes place on Saturday November 2, 2019.
