The Most Instagrammable Restaurant in Mercer County
I just saw a post on foodnetwork.com where they chose "The Most Instagrammable in America." In the post, the featured one restaurant in all 50 states.
Food Network's pick for New Jersey was Porta in Asbury Park. They sited the restaurant's "fun doors" as the reason the chose it.
As far as restaurants in Pennsylvania go, Food Network chose The White Dog Cafe in Philly. (By the way, I've been to 2 White Dog Cafe locations and if you love dogs, you'll love the decor and the attention to detail).
As I scrolled through the list, it got me thinking, "What's the most Instagrammable Restaurant in Mercer County?" Now, while there are many beautiful restaurants in Central Jersey, I think there's one that would have to be called the most picturesque --- Rat's Restaurant at Grounds For Sculpture in Hamilton.
As the restaurant's website says, Rat's is "an Impressionist painting come to life."
Ironically, I would bet most people have never been to Rat's. It definitely is a little off the beaten path.
