Halloween may tomorrow, but Rockefeller Center is already gearing up for Christmas! They just announced yesterday  on their Twitter that they've chosen the 2018 tree that will be on display for all to see in Rockefellar Center until January 7th!

The tree that was chosen is actually 75 years old and weighs about 12 tons! It will be cut down and transported from Wallkill, New York to Manhattan on November 10th and then will be raised up by a crane for the lighting ceremony on November 28th at 7pm.

Of course, it will be decorated from top to bottom with the most beautiful Holiday lights, over 50,000 actually, and topped with a beautiful Swarovski star.

I look forward to the tree lighting at Rockefeller Center every year. It's always filled with awesome live performances and Christmas fun to get everyone in the spirit! I haven't seen much on who will be performing, but it's still early. Performers should be announced soon.
