Thomas Sweet Opening in West Windsor Soon

Exciting news for you ice cream lovers, Thomas Sweet is opening another location in the newly renovated Windsor Plaza Shopping Center in West Windsor (64 Princeton Hightstown Road). It's expected to open in late May or June, according to Facebook.

The newest shop will be nestled between Dance Expo and Woo-Ri-Mart Gourmet Market.

If you're from this area, you know that Thomas Sweet has long been known for its homemade ice cream since 1979, but Thomas Sweet is now so much more.

The coming soon sign on the front of the future West Windsor shop brags that they will also serve organic house-roasted coffee & espresso, handcrafted lattes & cappuccino, gourmet chocolates, soup, sandwiches, and freshly baked pastries. Yum!

I tried to be nosey, and take a peek inside to gauge the progress, but when I went by for a look, the front windows were all covered in paper.

This new Thomas Sweet won't be far from the PST studios, so I have a feeling that we'll be visiting often. Lol. My fav is a Blend-in (where they smush a candy into your ice cream...Reese's pb cups...).

Oh my, we can't wait!
