Top 10 Restaurants In NJ To Get The Best Tomato Pies
New Jersey is known as the Garden State and we take those Jersey tomatoes and put them to good use when they're used to make tomato pies! A tomato is like a pizza but different. A tomato pie usually has a thin, cripsy crust, little to no cheese, and tons of tomato sauce with fresh tomato chunks in it. Just writing about makes me hungry. So I was so excited to see the list I found on App.com about the top ten places in New Jersey that make the best tomato pies! I can say I've personally eaten at three out of the ten, and I'd love to visit the other restaurants because I love tomato pies!
Here's who made the top ten:
- Classico Tomato Pies, West Windsor Township
- Krispy Pizza, Old Bridge
- Maruca's Tomato Pies, Seaside Heights
- Cacia's Bakery, they have multiple locations in the state
- De Lorenzo's Tomato Pies, Robbinsville
- Papa's Tomato Pies, Robbinsville
- Palermo's, Bordentown
- Holy Tomato Pies, Blackwood
- DeLucia's Brick Oven Pizza, Raritan
- Razza, Jersey City
