Traffic Lights Not Working on Route 1 in Lawrence

*Update, as of 6pm, traffic lights at the intersections are now fully working.

The Township of Lawrence is asking you to avoid two intersections on Route 1, due to the traffic lights not working, according to their official Facebook page.

The intersections are Route 1 and Darrah Lane (near the CVS and the Mercer County Library) and Route 1 and the Route 1 Dodge Dealership. NJDOT is at both intersections, trying to fix the problem right now, but, the intersections will be closed until further notice, meaning you can still travel on Route 1 North and Southbound, but, you will not be allowed to make turns at either intersection.

Watch for slow traffic in those two areas, as people begin to realize what's going on.
