Turkey Treats Are Back at Wawa — Forget Halloween, It’s Thanksgiving Season
Wawa just announced that one of our fall favorites has returned… yes, it’s time for their hot turkey menu. In fact, we checked this morning at saw it at our local Wawa in Mercer County.
So while Halloween is still 48 days, and Thanksgiving is a whopping 76 days away (it's September 13)... it's time to enjoy your turkey bowl from Wawa, apparently. Of course, you can enjoy a hot turkey sandwich or more still from Wawa.
I know it's controversial that seasons feel rushed. We had pumpkin treats back in August, and now we have turkey in mid-September. So how do you feel about it? Is it too soon? Sound off by taking our poll here:
I love all things fall, and honestly, don't associate turkey with being a strictly fall food. So I don't see the big deal, but I guess it is a food that you associate with cooler days since it's a warming treat.
Either way -- it's available now at Wawa stores across the area.
