Jan Chwiedosiuk and Brian Teel have opened the Jersey Cyclone Brewing Company in Somerset.

Two friends, Jan Chwiedosiuk and Brian Teel lost their family business the European Deli located in Manville after Hurricane Irene hit back in 2011. After encountering such a devastating time with losing their business, they were inspired to start experimenting brewing small batches of beers on Teel's stovetop at his apartment.

Chwiedosiuk already had a business background after working in his family deli growing up. After plenty of trial and error, support and criticism from their friends and family and planning since 2015, they finally were able to open up Jersey Cyclone Brewing Company in Somerset. The 5,000 square-foot shop can be found at 14 Worlds Fair Dr., Unit J in Somerset as said on Patch.com.

They offer anywhere from light blonde ales to a dark stout with 10% ABV. Every time you visit you will never see the same beer list twice as they are always flipping it out week to week.
