If you didn't get a chance to attend any women's marches in 2018, there's one happening right in our area this weekend! The Women's March on New Jersey, will be marching about a half a mile this Saturday starting at 11am at the War Memorial in Trenton. The walk will be about a half a mile and seems that it will be a big circle, because it will then end up back at the War Memorial, where a program will take place with speakers. The focus of the women's march is to create a strong sisterhood in New Jersey. It's free to register and the program should conclude around 1pm.

What does this mean for others not attending the march? Possible traffic and road closures. Plan your Saturday accordingly because their last march drew 15,000 people and this year, founder Elizabeth Meyer hopes to have at least 5,000 people there. Here's hoping they draw in 20,000 people to stand together for women's rights!
