If you’re looking to adopt a furry friend this weekend, the Pennsylvania SPCA is waiving adoption fees Friday 05/31 until Sunday 06/02 at the PSPCA headquarters in Philadelphia.

According to the Philly Voice, The SPCA is disregarding the fees for some of its animals this weekend due to the shelters being currently at capacity. While the fee for adopting remains waived, PSPCA will still be assisting ACCT Philly during their kennel dog infection. ACCT Philly is the shelter where many dogs were once housed.

NBC 10 states that the fees will be waived for the animals that have been in the shelter for more than two weeks.

The adoption event will take place Friday, May 31 from 2pm-7pm, Saturday, June 1 from 11am-6pm, and Sunday, June 2 from noon-5pm.
