Burlington County ShopRite Employees Featured on Cheerios Box

Three employees from ShopRite's Medford, New Jersey location will be featured on a special edition box of Cheerios for their fundraising efforts.

Every year the supermarket chain holds the ShopRite Partners In Caring Cheerios competition where they encourage their employees to raise funds for the ShopRite Partners In Caring program, which is an initiative to end hunger, according to their website.

The Burlington County Times reported that Janet Lentz, Marty Nowicki, and Theresa Arroyo (pictured below) were the top standout fundraisers from ShopRite of Medford to be appear on the 2019 edition cereal box. The store raised an impressive amount of money: over $51,000. This marks the fourth year in a row that this location was the top fundraiser.

News 12 New Jersey reported that $1.5 million was raised in total from the collective efforts of all ShopRite employees to support regional food banks in the local communities.
