There's a "Detox Lemonade" that Delish says could be the answer for all that post holiday bloating you're feeling.

You know what I'm talking about, right? After all the cookies, egg nog, pigs in a blanket, etc., you feel like you've gained a million pounds. I do. I'm feeling so bleeehhh. I'm sure you can relate.

The recipe looks easy enough, I think I'm going to give it a try.

Here's what's in it:

The juice from 1 lemon

1 teasppon of honey 

Pinch of cayenne

Pinch of ground ginger

Pinch of ground cloves

1 cup of hot water

A slice of lemon if you want to garnish.

So, what you do is grab your favorite mug, and mix the lemon juice, honey, cayenne, ground ginger, and ground cloves. Then, just add hot water and stir. Garnish with a lemon slice, if you wish.

It actually sounds pretty good....except for the cayenne....I'm not sure my mouth will be able to handle that.

Someone in the comments said it definitely works. I hope so. We'll see.
