Dollar Tree is opening in the Lawrence Shopping Center. The new signs were being installed as I drove by recently, so I did a little investigating.

The rumors around town were true. I called the existing Dollar Tree on Brunswick Pike in Lawrence (right across the street from the Lawrence Shopping Center), and was informed that they are indeed moving their location into the newly refurbished Lawrence Shopping Center. It will hopefully be opening in July, latest August, according to the Dollar Tree associate who answered my call to the store.

Dollar Tree has become more and more popular in recent years because people just don't want to spend their hard earned money like they used to, and Dollar Tree is super convenient because there are stores everywhere. I've found great stuff in Dollar Tree, so, look around. There are entire Facebook groups dedicated to decorating your house from Dollar Tree products...love it!  I just got the cutest Summer Vibes hanging sign for my patio. If it breaks, who cares, it was only a dollar. Lol.

The new Dollar Tree will be right next to the new Auto Zone (which just opened recently), and the future Lidl will be next to the Auto Zone (in the old Acme). Other new businesses in the shopping center include Cafe Du Pain Bakery (which I love), National Pool & Spas, City Electric, Plato's Closet (which relocated from Nassau Park), Nino's Unisex Barber Shop and more. An La Fitness is currently being built, and will hopefully open within the next few months.

The Lawrence Shopping Center is located at 2495 Brunswick Pike, (Business Route 1) in Lawrence.
