You've heard of cat cafés, right? It's not a super new concept. These are cute little establishments where you can get yourself a nice relaxing coffee, tea, pastry, snack, etc., in the company of adorable, adoptable cats! Aka, heaven.

If you're on the fence about adopting a cat, this is a perfect - or rather, purrrrfect way to see if kitty adoption is good for you. You can come relax, grab a cup of joe, and spend some time with cats in a lounge and get to know them first.

I myself have never been to a cat cafe, though I LOVE cats. However, I myself adopted my senior cat Luna from a Philadelphia shelter 4 years ago and it was one of the best things I've ever done. I also took in my kitten Lucky when I found him homeless living under my old apartment. Not exactly a cat cafe, but you get the idea! Whatever avenue of adoption you choose to take, it's one worth taking.

Even if you don't adopt a cat from these cat cafes, or any other cat cafes you visit, donations make a WORLD of a difference, because they help get homeless and stray cat off the street to give them a better chance at life, and better chance of finding their forever -or, furrrever homes.
