Lace up your sneakers and grab your bike! The weather's getting warmer, and lots of us are itching to get back out there and stretch our legs after a long winter. If you're ready to get your leg day in  this weekend, then you'll definitely want to attend the "Celebrate Trails Day" in Lawrence NJ!

According to NJ.com, bikers and walkers can take part in the Celebrate Trails Day on April 23rd, at 9:30 am at the ETS trail off Rosedale Road in Lawrence.

The event, which was started/inspired by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy in 2013, encourages bikers and walkers across the country to explore nature's trails and enjoy the great outdoors.

According to LHTrail.org, riders and walkers will meet at ETS at the parking lot on Assessment Road south of Messick Hall at 9:30. Everyone can gather, take pictures for social media and split into two groups before the ride/walk commences. Walkers will venture out on a 2-mile trek to the Stony Brook truss bridge, and bikers will pedal their way along an 8-mile round-trip in the other direction.

And more good news! If you're in the Philadelphia area, another "Celebrate Trails Day" will be taking place on the same day on the Schuylkill River! You can RSVP for this event HERE! And if you post on social media, it'll be cool to see others from across the country walking and biking for "Celebrate Trails Day" too!

This looks like a great event to join whether you're going solo, with a partner, or some of your friends and family. Perfect for spring, exercise, and fun!
