Instagram Accidentally Released a New Format This Morning & It was Awful

Have you been on Instagram yet today? We're warning you something weird has been going on.

About an hour ago I opened my Instagram account and was not happy to see that a new format had been released.

All of the sudden instead of scrolling through all of the posts from my friends and randos I follow, I had to click through them like the Instagram stories.

It didn't even take thirty seconds for me to announce I hated it and to get angry.

The weird thing was, the 94.5 PST account hadn't changed and in less than thirty minutes, my personal account was back to normal.

So what happened?

According to CNBC, it was a 'giant whoops' from the creators of the app.

Clearly I wasn't the only one who hated the change.

And here's to hoping that version died today.
