JLo Worked Out With A Former Rider Student This Weekend

According to Philly.com, Jennifer Lopez joined her fiance, Alex Rodriquez, in Philly this past weekend.  ARod was in town with ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball crew covering the Phillies-Braves games.

One of the things JLo did while she was in town was work out with trainer Lauren Findley.  Findley posted this pic on Instagram...

Findley is a bodybuilder turned social media star.  According to gobroncs.com, she was a member of the Track & Field team while she attended Rider University.  She currently has over 580,000 Instagram followers.  She also has her own website and YouTube channel.

There's no word on how JLo hooked up with Findley.  Lopez, who will turn 50 later this year, is considered one of the one of the hottest women on the planet.  Last year, she was included on Maxim's Hot 100 list.

Last month was a busy one for Lopez.  She and Rodriquez announced their engagement in early-March and then, in late-March, she announced her "It's My Party" Tour, which will include a stop at the Wells Fargo Center on July 20.
