New Jersey to get 2 New Mac and Cheese Restaurants

Where are all of my mac and cheese lovers? 2020 is bringing us heaven in the form of a restaurant. A Florida-based macaroni and cheese franchise will be coming to New Jersey in the near future.

The infamous "I Heart Mac and Cheese" will be opening spots in both Hoboken and Jersey City. The grand opening dates have yet to be released, however we do know that one location will be coming this year and the other in 2021. If you are new to the style of this restaurant, it can be seen as a Chipotle for mac and cheese. According to NJ.com, the menu not only features build-your-own macaroni and cheese bowls, but there are also grilled cheese sandwiches.

Plus, there is something for all the vegans out there as well. Last year the franchise teamed up with Beyond Meat to release a vegan menu with plant-based options.

“I’m excited to expand and diversify my franchise portfolio with the addition of my two I Heart Mac & Cheese locations in New Jersey,” said Vikram Bir, future manager and operator of the New Jersey restaurants. "I’m proud to launch the brand as they continue to expand across the country.”
