It’s a steamy night in New Hope, and it’s gotten a little hotter for at least 1,500 residents of New Hope. Temperatures are still in the 90s tonight in Bucks County.

A power outage has been reported in New Hope, and according to reports on social media, it is affecting some of the businesses along Main Street in New Hope.

Some residents of Lambertville, NJ said they lost power earlier in the evening, but it appeared to have been turned back on, according to follow up comments on social media.

The cause and status of restoration we’re not immediately clear, according to PECO’s website. We have seen reports from residents in various parts of town who have reported that they’re still in the dark (as of 8:15 pm).
