Get ready for some local family fun. The Robbinsville Township Community Festival is this Saturday, June 8th, starting at 2pm, at Community Park. It's their biggest event of the year.

Admission is free, so bring your family and friends. I saw on facebook that there's something for everyone to enjoy, including pony rides, amusements, a kids play zone, games, contests, prizes, a rock climbing wall, train ride, a chocolate eating contest (I'd like to give that a try), a food court, live music all day, dance performances from local studio, All for Dance, a special performance from the Robbinsville Marching Band (they've won awards), and at 9pm...fireworks...a sure sign of summer.

Lots of great community groups will be represented as well...go check them out and see what good they do in our community.

Don't miss it. Sounds like an awesome day & night.

The Rain Date is Sunday, June 9th, but, so far, it looks like it's going to be a bright, sunny day.

For more information, check out the Robbinsville Township website.

Community Park is located at West Manor Way and Gordon Road, Robbinsville.
