Remember the old song "Over the river and through the woods, to Grandmother's house we go"?  Well, for those of us in New Jersey, Grandma better live within a 2 hour drive or she's not going to get a visit from us.

That's according to a survey conducted by a website called gearhungry.com, which found that the average NewJerseyan is only willing to travel 2 hours or less to see relatives on Christmas.

Gearhungry.com also found the 43% of New Jerseyans were planning on celebrating a "virtual Christmas," meaning that they planned on using apps like Facetime or Skype to interact with friends and family.

The survey also found that the number one reason that people were not traveling this Christmas was due to the fact that their family lived too far away.  That was followed closely by the expense of traveling over the holidays.
