Thursday Morning Power Outages Reported in New Hope

If you're in and around New Hope today, you may be experiencing a power outage this morning. It looks like at least 1,000 PECO customers in New Hope are affected by the outage.

The cause, according to PECO, has not yet been determined. However, as of 11:15 am, crews have been dispatched to the area. A report from the New Hope Free Press indicates that downtown New Hope has been affected.

PECO is hoping to have the power restored in the area soon. In fact, the estimated restoration time is 12:40 pm right now.

Of course, as is often the case during a power outage it's possible that traffic lights in the area could be affected. So if you're in the area, use caution.
