What. A. Year. It's safe to say that 2025 was maybe the most lit year musically in a while.

Myles Smith, SOMBR and Lola Young smashed onto the scene with hit songs. More established artists (like Leon Thomas and Benson Boone) had career defining years as well. Plus, we got new tracks from super stars Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, and Sabrina Carpenter.

It was a year of pop culture defined by Kpop Demon Hunters & Wicked (parts 1 and 2) and superstars like Katy Perry heading to space in April. We bought Labubus in the summer and we ended the year binging the series' finale of Stranger Things.
