BREAKING: A tornado warning has been EXTENDED through much of Bucks County until 4:15 pm.

The National Weather Services says that a thunderstorm "capable of producing a tornado"a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Bedminster.

The storm is moving east at about 35 miles per hour. The latest warning lasts until 4:15 pm.

The towns included in the warning are:
Byram, Bedminster, Tinicum, New Hope, Dublin, Stockton, Pipersville, Gardenville, Sergeantsville, Lumberville, and Lambertville.

The tornado could be accompanied by hail up to 2" in diameter. In fact, we've seen several reports indicating that already around the area.


If you are in the impacted areas officials say you should take cover no and move to the basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of your building. Additionally, you should avoid windows.

As of this time, it's not clear if a tornado has touched down since the rotation was just detected by Doppler radar.
