There aren't a lot of sports that don't require you to break a sweat but we believe we have found one for you. We guarantee you that you will not break a sweat, no matter how hard you try.

You probably think this is a joke. Well, it is and it isn’t.

Recently reported by Complex.com, Fornite is ready to become an official "sport" at high schools and colleges. Yes, it is one of the biggest videogames worldwide but should it really be considered a sport?

According to TechCrunch.com, high schools will compete against each other just like any other school sport does. Students will have to pay a fee to be a part of the e-sport team and compete against the other schools in the Fornite league.

This competitive high school and collegiate e-sport is being pushed by PlayVS, which "is an esports league that gives high school students the chance to compete for a state championship” according to TechCrunch.com. PlayVS started back in April of 2018.

All of these moves are happening very soon. Tech Crunch reported that February 17 is when the high schools will start their tournaments.  For colleges, the start date is February 26.

If you are a registered user you actually will be part of the Fortnite tournament for free because of the partnership with Epic Games.
