Saying goodbye to summer is something that makes me super sad. I love autumn, it's actually my second favorite season. Even though the fall season doesn't official start until September 23rd, once Labor Day is over, it feels like people just get into that autumn mood with their pumpkin spiced lattes and fall fashion. I do enjoy being outside in the fall because of the pretty colors and cool weather and my hubby loves his beer tastings! So I think I found something for the both of us happening in September.

According to The Patch, the annual Newtown beerfest is coming back on September 21st, right before the start of the Autumn season. There will be many breweries there, live music and food too! You can buy tickets online or at participating restaurants and breweries. The event runs from 12pm- 5:30pm at The Stocking Works. You can get general admission tickets and you'll get to try some beer at 2pm, but if you get a 'first tap ticket,' you can start trying beer around 12:30.

You can get lots of details about the beerfest here.
