Fedora Bistro Cafe in Lawrenceville Undergoing Construction

Don't worry, Fedora Bistro Cafe, on Main Street in Lawrenceville, is not closing for good, they're just closed until Thursday (July 18th), for some construction going on inside the restaurant.

Locals (including myself) were a little worried when they noticed it wasn't open, and feared the popular spot may be closed for good, but, their Facebook page confirmed that the closure is just temporary. Phew. After another long time Lawrenceville business, Maidenhead Bagels, closed recently, residents are hoping more of their favorite Main Street shops don't follow suit.

The facebook post featured a "Work in Progress" graphic, making one Lawrenceville resident wonder what was happening, asking, "What are the changes" and wishing them luck. The restaurant didn't respond.

I'll have to pop in when they're finished and check it out. If you haven't been, it's worth a try, the food is delicious. They even have live music every other Wednesday, so bring some wine and relax with your date or friends. BYOB.
