If you're heading out to trick-or-treat tonight, you'll be accompanied by the warmest temperatures we've seen in five years for Halloween.

That's pretty good considering how cool it's been lately, right?

The forecast for tonight calls for cloudy, but it will certainly be mild with lows tonight only around 55*.

Here's the hourly breakdown for our area:

  • 3 pm - 68*, mostly sunny
  • 4 pm - 66*, mostly sunny
  • 5 pm - 64*, mostly sunny
The sun sets around 5:55 pm tonight, by the way.
  • 6 pm - 61*, a few clouds
  • 7 pm - 59*, increasing clouds
  • 8 pm - 58*, increasing clouds
  • 9 pm - 57*, mostly cloudy

Last year it was 50* around 7 pm on Halloween night, by the way. This year's 59* at 7 pm will make it the warmest Halloween night since 2013 when it was 63*.

Overall, of course, you couldn't ask for a better night to trick or treat or enjoy a block party.
