Festival Pier, the popular outdoor concert venue located at Penn's Landing, has hosted their final show, according to a report from Philly.com.

The site says that a company called OLIN will be developing the site in the near future, and their plans do not include a concert venue.

OLIN's website says the project "calls for approximately 550 units of rental housing, 30,000 square feet of retail, and generous public space oriented around the extension of the Spring Garden."

2018 was a busy year at Festival Pier as the venue hosted shows by Khalid, Post Malone, Migos, Prettymuch, and several other popular acts.
