Jersey Mikes is Donating their Proceeds to Princeton Charities
Whether you call it a sub or a hoagie, Jersey Mike's Sub shop can make you an awesome one. Yes, they are a chain, but nothing beats a warm summer day at the beach with a Jersey Mike's Sub for lunch. They have an awesome menu and locations all over the place, even in other states besides New Jersey. So when you're visiting your relatives in Texas, you can still get yourself a sub that tastes a little bit like home. They even do catering, which I've gotten a bunch of times to feed the crowd at our beach house.
Not only does Jersey Mike's make great sandwiches, they are also very giving. This month will be Jersey Mike's Subs Month of Giving, and according to The Patch, Jersey Mike's is going to be donating all of their proceeds from March 27th to charities. Where is this money going? Some of them are charities that are located right here in our area! How amazing is that? Many organizations will receive funds, but three of them are very local ones right here in our area. If you visit the Jersey Mike's Sub shop in Princeton or one of their two locations Hamilton on March 27th, you'll be giving money to Hugs for Brady, an organization based in South Brunswick that wants to put an end to pediatric cancer. Also, if you get a sandwich at a Jersey Mike's in Hamilton, you'll be supporting Ryan's Quest, an organization from Hamilton that is fighting to put an end to Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
So grab your friends and head over to Jersey Mike's Subs on March 27th and give back to local charities. Hey, all we're asking is that you eat a sub, how hard can that be if you're from Jersey!
