Newtown Food Truck Festival is Happening Next Month

Get ready to get your grub on at the Newtown Food Truck festival next month.

I'm getting hungry just writing this because let's be honest, food trucks are the bomb.

With summer coming to a close next month Newtown is holding it's Summer Send Off Food Truck Festival.

So be sure to mark your calendars - gather the friends, family, dogs (yes, they're allowed if leashed), cash and appetite for this event if your a fan of food trucks.

Oh and if you're a drinker, just a heads up - no alcohol is allowed.

Of course there will be a handful of food trucks paired with great music.

The event is set to be held September 1st between 4 - 8 PM according to patch.com.

Whats super awesome about this food truck event is the fact that proceeds will benefit the Newtown Theatre.

Patch.com also recommends bringing blanket and chair to relax on while you eat you meal.
