Finally someone is taking action! There have been so many hot car deaths all over the country and its time we put a plan in action to prevent this from happening. New Jersey Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. has called for updates to cars. He is calling it the "Hot Cars Act".

“The main point that I’m trying to make today is that no child should lose their life because they become trapped in a hot car,” Pallone said at a press conference on Thursday.

If all goes well, they are trying to get this bill passed this fall. 36 children have died from heatstroke in a car this year alone. New Jersey wants to do what to can to make sure that number is never that high again.
