Princeton Has Two Of The Best Restaurants In New Jersey

New Jersey Monthly Magazine just released it’s the top 30 restaurants in the Garden State for 2019.

Two of the restaurants on the list happen to be right in our backyard. Elements and Mistral are the two restaurants that made the list and are both located on Witherspoon Street in Princeton. Also, according to Patch.com, these restaurants also both made the list in 2018.

Elements is an American restaurant where customers can enjoy rock music and can see their food being prepared in the kitchen.

Mistral is an upscale American restaurant and according to patch.com “offers "pleasure-packed food" during lunch and dinner.” One of their dishes includes seared scallops beside green leek cylinders. The dish is served on top of brown-butter cauliflower puree and a garlic-anchovy sauce.
