Princeton’s First Ever Pride Parade in June
Princeton's first ever Pride Parade will be Saturday, June 22nd. Save the date. They're inviting everyone to participate or just enjoy.
It will kick off at 11 a.m. at the Municipal Building, go up Witherspoon Street, and turn right on Paul Robeson Place, and end at the Family YMCA, according to Town Topics. Make sure you stay around for the fabulous after party.
Princeton's Mayor, Liz Lempert, is excited for the event saying, "I hope that every resident feels a sense of belonging. We must work together to create a community that is free from hate and safe for all — no matter a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity. I’m looking forward to Princeton’s first Pride Parade and everything it symbolizes."
If you or your group (business or nonprofit) would like to participate, the registration deadline is coming up soon...June 3rd.
