You know those videos you can watch online for hours and hours? For me, those videos are people saving innocent animals. It's proof that kindness is still alive and I've gotta say, I've watched this video at least a dozen times already.

A group of surfers jumped into the ocean in Belmar despite the chilly temperatures to save a deer that had jumped in, and began to struggle. Talk about being at the right place at the right time! A 26 year man named Drew and his girlfriend were just sitting on the beach as the heroic surfers all ran into the water and captured the entire thing on his phone. The surfers are able to pick up the deer and get it out of the water safely.

I had no idea that deer like to swim, but apparently they do. The deer also seemed to flail around a lot, so these rescue surfers handled the deer very well. These surfers are heros!
