Nothing is worse than traffic delays, especially when those delays make you super late for work or delay you from getting home from work.

If you commute through the Princeton area, you probably have been stuck in a lot of traffic over the last few days because of the construction of the Alexander Road bridge. The township originally predicted the bridge would be closed for 7-10 days, but Patch just announced that emergency bridge repairs have finished earlier than expected and the bridge will reopen on Tuesday around 3 pm.

Chris first reported on April 8th about the closing and despite the fact that the Township of Princeton alerted the public, many did not know it was happening. Let me rephrase that: they knew it was happening but didn't realize that one bridge being closed would cause so many delays in surrounding areas.

I know a lot of commuters that are going to be super happy about this news!
