It is one of the most popular traditions each year at the Bucks County Playhouse, and I'm super excited that it's coming back. I NEED to get my tickets this year so I don't miss out.

"The Rocky Horror Show" will once again return to Bucks County Playhouse this fall, and it's bringing some real star power with the production. The show will run live on stage from Friday, October 11 through Sunday, October 27. The show has run every October since 2012 (except 2015) at the playhouse.

Kevin Cahoon, a star from season three of the hit Netflix series "Glow," will return to the theater as he reprises his role of Dr. Frank 'N' Furter. Cahoon plays the role of Bobby Barnes in the popular Netflix show.

The Bucks County Playhouse's production has a great creative team behind it, and it's always a SUPER popular show. The show is inspired by the 1975 cult classic film that follows Brad and Janet on their adventure. They seek shelter in a mysterious old castle and encounter a transvestite scientist, Dr. Frank 'N' Futer.

"The Rocky Horror Show" will run from October 11 through October 27 with select special late-night performances. It will play the following schedule:

  • October 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26 at 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
  • October 13, 20 and 27 at 3:00 p.m.
  • October 16, 17, 23 and 24 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets start at $60, but I can tell you from personal experience that popular dates sell out quickly (especially the VERY popular late-night shows).

If you've ever seen the show, you'll be happy to know that patrons WILL receive a complimentary bag of props, and guests will even be invited on stage to dance the Time Warp. Tickets can be purchased on the Bucks County Playhouse's website.
