Trenton’s New $155 Million High School is Officially Open
It's finally here! Trenton's brand new high school is officially open and ready for students!
After four years of building, Trenton Central High school will officially welcome new students starting Monday, September 9th. The city held the ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday and for the first time opened the doors of the $155 million school.
Everyone is already so proud of the school and what it will offer to its students. According to NJ.com, some of the features at the new school include a television station for the communications department, spacious laboratories and an auditorium that can accommodate 1,000.
“It’s just a world class facility,” said Trenton Mayor Reed Gusciora. “I think that it’s really going to benefit Trenton students as it has everything from an ROTC office to a TV studio.”
The school's mascot will be the Tornadoes. Get ready for an epic school year kids!
