The Chili's and Blue2o restaurants located on the corner of Route 70 and Haddonfield Road in Cherry Hill, NJ have been closed for some time now.  And if you've been hoping that they would be replaced by new restaurants, you're out of luck.

According to courierpostonline.com, the 2 restaurants have been demolished to make way for a new Chase bank.

Chase is one of the country's largest banks.  In September 2018, phillyvoice.com and several other sources reported that Chase had plans to expand into the Philadelphia area.

The
Courier Post says that Chase has already opened 2 South Jersey locations --- one in Camden and another in Cinnaminson.. The company also has plans to open branch locations in Mt. Laurel, Cinnaminson and Marlton.

According to the Courier Post, the Mt. Laurel branch will be located on Route 38 in the former Friendly's space.  The Cinnaminson branch will be on Route 130 in the spot where Ruby Tuesdays was located.  And the Marlton branch will be located on Route 70 and Cropwell Road (in a spot that was formerly home to a gas station).
