New Jersey is home to some ridiculous laws. No, I’m not launching into a tirade on the ban on self-serve gasoline. I’m talking about laws that are said to still be on the books yet haven’t been enforced in the longest time, if ever.

It’s almost like New Jersey politicians have always made no sense. And you thought that was just in your lifetime!

So if you need examples of just how dumb New Jersey can get, oh have we got examples. This first one has me skeptical but here we go.
