Once things get back to "normal" and we can actually walk into a store to browse a little, just know that in Bucks County you will have a new store to shop at. According to BucksLocalNews.com, Ulta Beauty is planning to take over 11,000 square feet at the Village at Newtown Shopping Center.

It was mentioned on Bucks Local News that Ulta Beauty is planning to have all that space right next to the new Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant. It'll be considered the second biggest store in the Village at Newtown Shopping Center. The biggest store in the shopping center is McCaffrey’s Market.

The Brixmor Property’s Senior Vice President of Development, Ryan Guheen, said that it "makes a lot of sense" to have the new building coming to the shopping center because a lot of things there were starting to look a little uninteresting. The new Ulta Beauty store will help give it that little extra "oomph."

It was also mentioned on Bucks Local News that Guheen thinks it will be great for the future of the shopping center to have things that will have more people come and shop, especially after the unfortunate restaurant and store closures due to the pandemic. Guheen told Bucks Local News, “Our business has changed dramatically as you can imagine.”

Just knowing that you will have an Ulta Beauty in your neighborhood for all your beauty products is great. Plus this location, like many others, will have hair, skin, brow, and make-up services. With the new social distancing rules, we are yet to see what the guidelines will be with those services.
