Everyone knows how depressing it is to take down the Christmas tree after Christmas. And seemingly there is nothing else to do with your live tree than through it on the curb for the trash company to pick up. However, Philly Goat Project has an alternative solution that might make you a little less depressed. Tree Cycle it!

That is right. Philly Goat project is hosting a "tree cycling" event on January 11th, 18th, and 25th. At this event you can watch your once decorated Christmas tree be eaten by cute goats. The tree-cycling all goes down at the Farm at the Awbury Agricultural Village from 1 p.m to 3 p.m.

So if you have a live tree you can donate it to the goats' feast. According to Phillymag.com, after the goats are done eating you can pet them and even take them on a walk. They have to work off all that delicious pine needles. Then to wrap up your visit, you and the family can end your visit roasting marshmallows and drinking hot chocolate around the fire pit.
