FREE Women’s Self-Defense Class Offered in Lawrenceville

This new weekly recurring free class offered at Gracie Barra Princeton Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense, 150 Lawrenceville Pennington Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 is something that many women in our area should get behind, including myself! Gracie Barra Princeton is offering a free women’s self defense class that will help you prepare physically and mentally for a potential attack. She is offering this so women are not apart of the statistic that states every two minutes a woman is sexually assaulted in the United States.

This Jiu-Jitsu style class is exclusive to women and teenage girls. It is so awesome that in this structured program, a Gracie Barra instructor will guide you through how to prevent attacks against women and if necessary what you must do to respond effectively! The date and time is Sunday, November 17th 2019 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. They advise you to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
