Here’s What You Can Do In Philly This Labor Day Weekend
If you don't have plans this Labor Day Weekend don't worry! Just head on over to Philly because there are a ton of fun things to do to make your last unofficial weekend of summer awesome. Here are some of the options I saw listed on PhillyVoice.com:
Philly is the home of Made In America, and this year's lineup is massive! A general admission ticket costs $175, but gets you access to see some of the biggest names in music.
On Friday, August 31st there's going to be a free screening of the Marvel blockbuster, "Black Panther." It's happening at Clark Park at 8pm. Since it's outdoors remember to bring a blanket or chair to watch the movie under the stars.
If you're looking to see fireworks and hear live music then you need to go to Penn's Landing on Saturday, September 1st from 8-10pm. You'll also see the U.S. Army Band Downrange play live at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing.
You can also attend a free beer garden at Clark Park which sounds so cool! At Parks On Tap you can purchase food and drinks. Here are the dates and times:
Wednesday, Aug. 29, through Monday, Sept. 3
Wednesdays and Thursdays: 5-10 p.m.
Fridays: 4-11 p.m.
Saturdays: 1-11 p.m.
Sundays: Noon to 10 p.m.
Labor Day: Noon to 10 p.m
