The Philadelphia Film Society is having its 27th Annual Film Festival this week which will feature some impressive films from talented artists and producers.

Some of which are produced right here in Philadelphia. The Greater Filmadelphia is an entire schedule which features local pieces.

Here are some new ones to look out for:

Her Smell

Directed by Alex Perry, Her Smell tells the story of a girl trying to make a comeback while also struggling with maintaining her sobriety.

The Price of Everything

Nathaniel Khan brings us The Price of Everything,  a documentary on the contemporary art world and the weight in which money influences it.

This film follows an investor of a Virtual Reality Technical startup, who realizes some of his experiences may not even be virtual at all.
