We all know that many businesses have been temporarily closing to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus as well as to try to keep everyone healthy and safe. Now, multiple state parks in Bucks County have decided to help slow the spread of the virus by closing also.

According to Patch.com, Delaware Canal, Neshaminy, Nockamixon, Ralph Stover, Tyler, and Washington Crossing are the 6 parks that have decided to close for about two weeks starting Sunday, March 15.

Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources told Patch.com, "We advise people not to visit state parks that are closed; however, trails and roads that pass through parks and forestlands remain open."

On the DCNR Facebook, it was mentioned that 3 Montgomery County parks were closed as well, along with 2 parks in Chester County and 1 in Delaware County.

We know during these tough times you want to do things to keep yourself or your children active but we also have to make sure that we all stay safe.
