A cajun-style seafood chain has just opened on Rt. 130 in Delran, NJ.  Crab Du Jour is a fast-growing restaurant chain that currently has 6 total locations and according to the company's website, almost 40 additional locations coming soon.

According to Crab Du Jour, "food tastes better with your hands" so they encourage their customers to not be "shy."

The restaurant's menu suggests you start by choosing from a list of 12 seafood catches (shrimp, crab, clams, lobster, etc.)  Next, you choose from 4 sauces.  And then you choose your heat level - mild, medium or hot.

By the way, if you or someone you know is not a fan of seafood, no problem.  Crab Du Jour also offers chicken tenders, wings, and salads.

Crab Du Jour also has a location in Pennsauken, although it is described as an "Express" location.

The company's website says upcoming locations include Rt. 70 in Cherry Hill, Rt. 42 in Turnersville, E. Lincoln Hwy. in Langhorne, PA, and N. Broad St. in Philadelphia.
