Newtown Hardware House is Turning 150 & Celebrating With Treats

The Newtown Hardware House is ringing in it's 150th birthday.

I think it's just amazing when small businesses have a great run and you got to give it to the community for keeping them going.

The beloved hardware store has clearly been in business for years and it popularity has kept their doors open for a sweet 150 years now.

Of course this is a cause celebration.

So next month they've decided to do so with treats.

According to patch.com, "There will be a lemonade stand, root beer floats, popcorn and some surprises."

Yummy!

Sounds like fun to me.

The small party will be held at the hardware store on State St in Newtown, PA on October 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
